4 Steps to Getting Anything You Want! (Goal Setting)
This website provides you with other materials to compliment these monthly workshops. These basic workshops are simply to get you started...

This month's workshop is focused in getting anything you want in life. Whether it be material, spiritual or intellectual, these four steps are transferable.

Firstly, grab a pen and a piece of paper. Then, find a quiet space where you will not be interrupted for a short period of time.

Step 1: Know what you want. Take a few moments right now and write down in detail exactly what you want. This list can be as long or short as necessary, but it must be specific. Then, pick one goal from your list that you're going to focus on.

Step 2: Believe you can have it. There are many ways to enhance your confidence and increase your goal achieving strength. The one that we're going to focus on is "Creative Visualization." Close your eyes and create an image of yourself having or achieving your stated goal (invest time daily seeing this image). Now that you can see it, what you're going to do is feel it. Feel yourself with what you want to attain right now as though you already have it. Take a moment to really enjoy that feeling.

Step 3: Plan. So, you've just spent a few minutes visualizing. Once you open your eyes, work backwards to create a step by step plan on how you achieved your goal. You want to make your plan as detailed as possible, breaking it down into small manageable and achievable steps.

Step 4: Take Action: Take one step towards your goal today. It could be something as small as writing a letter, making a phone call or doing some research. Start to take consistent action regularly and remain flexible in your approach.

Repeat each step for each of your goals....

So there you have it, these four steps can help you achieve your goals one step at a time.
